Search Warrants Result In Drug Bust

On Sunday, November 18, 2018 the Black River Falls Police Department executed a search warrant at 119 South 3rd Street, City of Black River Falls, Jackson County Wisconsin. The Black River Falls Police Department received a report regarding a substantial battery that occurred at the residence. Through the investigation, Officers were able to obtain a search warrant to look for evidence related to the battery case.

While searching for evidence of the battery, officers located 2.3 grams of Cocaine. Officers drafted a second warrant for the residence to include drugs. Officers located additional drug paraphernalia along with 12.73 grams of marijuana.

As a result, Domineak M. Stenulson (23 years old) of Black River Falls was arrested/referred and booked into the Jackson County jail for Substantial Battery, False Imprisonment, Intimidate a Victim, Recklessly Endangering Safety, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and multiple counts of bail jumping.

Nicholas J. Janowski (25 years old) of Black River Falls was arrested and booked into the Jackson County jail for Substantial Battery, False Imprisonment, Intimidate a Victim, and Obstructing an Officer.

This investigation is on-going and could result in other involved parties being charged.
