NOTICE OF ANNUAL JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING

CITY OF BLACK RIVER FALLS, WISCONSIN

 Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Black River Falls will hold a Joint Review Board meeting on August 20, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Black River Falls City Hall, located at 101 S. 2nd Street. The purpose of the meeting is to review the annual reports and the performance and status of each Tax Incremental District governed by the Joint Review Board as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f) and to consider extending the maximum life of Tax Incremental District No. 3 by three years.

The meeting is open to the public.  Copies of the annual reports and memo outlinng the request to extend the maximum life of TID No. 3 will be available for viewing in the offices of the City Clerk at the Black River Falls City Hall, located at 101 S. 2nd Street, during normal business hours and will be provided upon request.  The annual reports and memo are also included in the meeting packet which is available on-line at https://blackriverfallswi.gov/agenda-minutes/.
