The Black River Falls Public Library Board of Trustees seeks an energetic, self-motivated, and innovative Library Director for our vibrant public library.
Responsibilities: The Director plans, implements, and oversees all library fiscal, programming, operations, collection development, facilities management, and personnel.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; Grade 2 Wisconsin Public Librarian Certification or eligibility for certification; Three years of progressively responsible public library experience, or five years of experience in a service institution with comparable demands and responsibilities. MLS preferred, but not required.
This exempt position is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, with some evenings and weekends. Salary based on experience, excellent benefits.
